Information You Submit
Names, phone numbers, or addresses entered in a search form go to the third-party provider that supplies the results. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. A message sent to us contains only what you choose to share, and we use it to answer the inquiry.
Information Collected Automatically
Our host creates ordinary server logs containing an IP address, browser type, requested pages, and timestamps. Aggregate log data helps maintain the service and shows which resources visitors use. Cookies or similar tools may support basic analytics and advertising measurement where those features apply.
How the Information Is Used
Collected data supports site operation, troubleshooting, traffic measurement, and content improvements. We neither sell a visitor list nor create individual user profiles.
Links to Other Websites
This site links to government portals, county and state records offices, library collections, and third-party search tools. Each of those sites has its own privacy policy, and data you submit there is governed by their rules, not ours. This is especially true of the sponsored search results on this site, which are provided by a third-party company.
Who Might See Your Data
Service providers that host and support this site process server logs on our behalf. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic data described above. We will disclose data if a valid legal process requires it. We do not otherwise share visitor data.
Safeguards and Retention
An encrypted connection delivers the site. Server logs are kept only for as long as their stated operational purposes require. Since there are no visitor accounts, the site holds no account password or personal profile for a visitor.
Users Under 18
This site is not directed at children and is intended for users 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted personal information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
Your Data Rights
Rights to access, correct, or delete website-held personal data depend on the law that applies to the visitor. Georgia does not currently supply the broad consumer deletion right described by some other state privacy statutes. Because we retain little, a request generally involves our contact mailbox and server logs. Use the Contact page to make one. Records held by Alpharetta, Fulton County, or Georgia offices remain outside our control; corrections and authorized redactions must go to the custodian.
Updates to This Policy
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
